∎ MSB is looking for Officer – Administration able to handle day to day large scale of administrative works in organization. This position will be a contractual position and will be based in Head Office, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that proper and effective stores Management of inflow and out flow of using the software’s for Head Office, Clinics and Pharmacies.
∎ Ensure that goods received from the main store are well documented. Must be properly supported by signed stores request form. Submit monthly stock report on all stationery and consumables with a view of monitoring stock level and replenish.
∎ Conduct facility checks to ensure the head office has an enabling working environment.
∎ Keeping and maintaining official record for administrative expenses and timely input into the system/software required.
∎ Assist Admin Manager to obtained clinical licence and registration regularly from the respective authority.
∎ Assist with planning and organising team member trips, managing the travel itinerary for international and local travel, provide the necessary logistical support.
∎ Provide the necessary assistant in asset management, compliance and protocol.
∎ Provide logistical support as required or delegate during safety and security incidents or emergencies.
∎ Ensure that annual fitness, tax, insurance and route permits are obtained. Assist Manager- Admin to select appropriate garages for the maintenance of vehicles and ensure the security of the vehicles.
∎ Prepare monthly vehicle expenditure reports by individuals.
∎ Provide necessary assistance to the line management in administrative task as and when entrusted.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years relevant experience in INGO, NGO, Corporate sector or any reputed organization.
