Excellent communication & Negotiations skilled is must.
Candidate must need to have good command in English in both writing & speaking.
Ensure proper cash and bank transactions, record keeping and reconciliation before preparing any report.
Handling company VAT-related paper.
Preparation and analysis of Monthly Financial reports.
Verifying delivery challan carefully and ensuring challan match with delivery.
Counting and preparing monthly inventory report.
Check salary sheet & prepare salary statements.
Generating various finance and accounting related reports and submitting it to authority.
All kinds of VAT compliance as per VAT act.
All accounts and payment ERP posting.
Maintain proper petty cash management procedures
Preserve all accounts and store-related documents.
Any other jobs as & when assigned by the top management
