Job Context:
∎ Officer, Accounts & VAT will help ACI Premio Plastics - depot located in Sitakundu, Chattogram. This role may often be challenging so you should be able to remain calm and polite in tough situations. You will have to assess data like VAT-related documents, IOU, petty cash, and other bills timely and accurately.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all kinds of depot financial transactions as per approval/company policy.
∎ Ensure all vehicles are out with VAT paper.
∎ Ensure safety and security of all financial documents.
∎ Supervise all kinds of VAT papers, bills & vouchers which are submitted by the drivers.
∎ Maintain cash register.
∎ Check all bills (Fuel, drivers/DM allowance as per approval).
∎ Perform as an auditor at the depot to find out the weak points of depot activities.
∎ FR (Fund Requisition) send to H/O accordingly to the demand of the depot.
∎ Check the KPL of all vehicles as per approval.
∎ Keep updated information about VAT regulatory issues, distribution systems, and strategy.
