Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software, Accounts Payable Receivable, Banking, cash management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Context:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years` Work experience as an Accounts Officer
∎ Master`s degree in business administration or account preferred
∎ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
∎ Experience using accounting software
∎ Strong organizational skills
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and processing invoices
∎ Tracking organizational expenses
∎ Able to maintain accounts payable and receivable
∎ Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
∎
∎ Have experience to prepare daily balance sheet, cashbook and petty cash register.
∎ Able to Communicate with clients/ agencies regarding billing and payments issue
∎ Have to prepare VAT, AIT, Tax Documents & submit regularly
∎ Have to prepare financial statements, reports and documents monthly & quarterly.
∎
∎ Must have experience of using all kinds of accounting related software
