Additional Requirements:
Experience with accounting software such as ERP will be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operation.
Honesty, integrity, punctuality and able to work with team bonding.
Responsibilities & Context:
Record all daily financial transactions accurately in vouchers, cash book, and ledgers.
Prepare and verify payment and receive vouchers.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
Check and verify all bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
Assist the Senior Accounts Officer in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
Prepare and organize documents required for internal and external audits.
Input and update accounting data in ERP or accounting software.
Follow company financial policies and accounting standards strictly.
Additional task given by management by time to time.
