Job Context:
∎ Papertech is a paper manufacturing company looking for skilled, dynamic and self-motivated individuals to establish an intelligent partner of Accounts and Finance team.
∎ Probation Period: 3 months.
∎ Joining Date: September 1, 2022
∎ Job Location: Baridhara, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Incumbent must have good knowledge on Accounts receivables and collections.
∎ Incumbent must have practical experience on the relevant field of any reputed company in Bangladesh
∎ Ensure on time and appropriate record keeping of fund from customer and prepare reconciliation.
∎ Incumbent must have good knowledge to operate in Tally ERP and Oracle eBS software.
∎ Ensure LC Tracker update in excel.
∎ Ensure bill of entry wise import cost database update in excel.
∎ Incumbent must have knowledge on monthly reconciliation statement on every banks, receivables ledger and VAT returns.
∎ Ensure proper recording for Short-term/Long-term loan/UPAS /Differed/Sight LC payment settlement and bank interest.
∎ Prepare various loan statements of the company.
∎ Incumbent should have knowledge on fund management such as cheque deposit, fund transfer, loan receiving and loan adjustment etc.
∎ Prepare landing Cost and ensure its recoding to the accounting software.
∎ Liaison and closely work with sales & marketing team about the daily receipts and update them daily cheque clearing status.
∎ Prepare daily bank balance MIS for collection and other financial reports to Management to assess accuracy & completeness of standard operational procedure.
∎ Liaise with the bank to issuance of BG/PG/eGB/Pay Order for tender security and prepare the tracker.
∎ Proper academic and practical knowledge on the activities of Account & financial matter is must
∎ Incumbent must have good communication skill.
∎ Day to day Accounting voucher preparation, up to date all type of receipts and dealing with different banks.
∎ Ensure on time deposit of all customers Pay Order/Cheque to the Bank by maintaining cheque collection register and Bank deposit tracker in daily basis.
∎ Assistance to the superior and management as required.
∎ Incumbent must have ability to work under pressure and have honesty and punctuality.
∎ Incumbent must be highly energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking, honesty, punctual dedicated, Motivated, pro-active and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 6 to 7 years practical experience on the manufacturing company.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla & English.
∎ Super organizational skills.
∎ Willing to work individually.
∎ Computer skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point.
