Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably a BBA in Accounting/ Finance) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly Financial Statements and reconciliation of intercompany current accounts
∎ Prepare all debit, credit, and journal vouchers, check bills, salary transfer sheet and make the necessary payment
∎ Ensure producers' costing and necessary adjustment of credit
∎ Liaison with Head Office accounts for proper payment to APC producers and suppliers and monthly accounts and budget variance reporting
∎ Maintain all necessary books and register related to accounts.
∎ Ensure safeguard of assets
∎ Provide analytical support to the finance and management team to drive improvements of operational & financial results
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of relevant work experience
∎ Knowledge of accounts, finance, auditing, tax, VAT, automated financial and accounting reporting systems
∎ Ability to prepare financial statements and analysis & reconciliation
