∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Basic Computer knowledge.
∎ Minimum experience 01 year.
∎ Practical knowledge in tally prime and able to control tally data.
∎ Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator/ Graphics design.
∎ Email, Web surfing & Others
∎ Minimum knowledge about SRO, VAT, TAX, TDS & VDS
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain petty cash & prepare all kind of vouchers, cash book, bill register, general ledger & different register related to finance & accounts.
∎ Strong and proficient in use of MS office and working experience in accounting Tally Software.
∎ Accounts data entry into all level of accounting in the company.
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers.
∎ Prepare and check all kinds of bill vouchers, Journal entries as per rules and regulation.
∎ Prepare monthly salary, bonus sheet preparation.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
