Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to office maintenance, vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and coordination of office activities.

  • Supervise support staff, including receptionists, cleaners, and security personnel, to ensure smooth functioning of administrative operations.

  • Maintain an automated system of HR database, leave management, daily attendance system management etc.

  • Maintain and update personnel files and other HR documents.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other administrative duties as needed.

  • Act as a bridge between Head office and foreign teams to address HR-related queries, challenges, and updates

  • Remote & Inhouse team management.
