Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors or Master's degree in Commerce background.
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting / Finance is highly preferable.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Payment and receipt of cash on the counter and manage the cash stock and maintain the cash book.
∎ Issuing of Cheque for making payments and confirming of receipt of bank deposits or instruments and then check with the internet banks.
∎ Assist to maintain accounts and purchases vouchers in accounting software.
∎ Assist to maintain supplier accounts and procurement vouchers in accounting software.
∎ Communicate with Branch Office, banks and other related parts for accounts purpose.
∎ Participate in short term traveling to banks or other institutes.
∎ Participate in stock checking.
∎ Any other task arranged by department managers/supervisors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Requirements: Fresher
∎ Pleasant and presentable personality with strong character.
∎ Have to be punctual, smart and energetic.
∎ Diligent & Honest.
∎ Computer skill is must (MS Office, Excel/ Browsing Internet/ Maintaining Database)
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Training Period: 02 Months, Allowance: 5,000/-(Five Thousand) Per Month.
∎ Probationary period: Six months; after successful completion of the probationary period, salary will be increased as per salary structure of the organization.
∎ After confirmation as a permanent staff, s/he will be entitled for three festival bonuses equivalent to one month's basic salary, Provident fund, Gratuity, LPR, Pension Scheme, Earn Leave encashment and other admissible benefits as per organization policy.
