Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
∎ Properly entertain staff and other guests as needed.
∎ Maintain supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders.
∎ Verify receipt; stock items; deliver supplies to work stations.
∎ Maintain all the safety and security issues inside office.
∎ Coordinate events as necessary.Tea, coffee, water Supply and Maintenance.
∎ Send photocopies, and documents if requiredMaintain office equipment as needed.
∎ Perform general office clerk duties and errands.
∎ Keep office area clean and tidy.Take and distribute accurate message.
