Educational Requirements:
∎ Higher level qualification or degree, preferably in nutrition or in another relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experience with government and multi-stakeholders management and technical support in the field of nutrition specific and nutrition sensitive.
∎ Proven ability to provide leadership, technical support and coaching to multi-disciplinary decentralized team of experts.
∎ Hands-on experience with public health related Behaviour Change Communication methodologies.
∎ Management experience of nutrition / health projects in developing countries and interest in market-led approach and a feeling with business aspects
∎ Ability and willingness to manage project implementation and team-player with good interpersonal skills; aptitude for community mobilization and capacity-building
∎ Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
∎ Skill in training materials development and training conduction.
∎ Experience in coordination with government and different stakeholders.
∎ Excellent in activity monitoring and reporting.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill, problem solving skills, strong value based commitment to right based approach
∎ Good computer skills in MS Office.
