- Candidates having working experiences in any modern private hospital will be preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
- To arrange for smoothly running of each nursing station of the hospital
- To ensure attendance at work stations of all subordinates
- Prepare monthly duty roster of all Nurse & PCAs
- To ensure all Nurses follow policies & procedures accordingly
- To train newly joined Nurses & PCAs on regular basis
- To ensure Nursing Operational standards are maintained
- To evaluate performance of Nurses and PCAs
- To maintain clean & tidy environment of Nursing Stations, Ward, Lobbies and Cabins
- To handle departmental compliances or problems with confidence
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family and attendants
- Make available for all necessary usable medicine, tools and materials in each Nursing Stations
- To ensure to preserve records of patients files, cases & procedures
- To assist the Nursing Superintendent /Deputy Nursing Superintendent in formulation of hospital policy, particularly concerning nursing services.
- Any others task assigned by the management from time to time.
