Experience:

• At least 2 years

Certificate/Diploma in Nursing Aide, Caregiving, or Healthcare Support preferred.

Freshers may apply; prior hospital experience is an advantage.

Basic understanding of patient care and hospital procedures.

Patient Care & Assistance

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, and mobility.

• Support patients during movement, transfers, and positioning to prevent injury.

• Ensure patient comfort and emotional support at all times.

Nursing Support Duties

• Assist nurses in routine patient care activities.

• Measure and record vital signs as instructed.

• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, procedures, and doctor rounds.

Hygiene & Environment Care

• Maintain cleanliness of patient beds, rooms, and surrounding areas.

• Ensure proper disposal of medical waste as per hospital protocol.

• Support infection prevention and control measures.

Documentation & Communication

• Record patient care activities and observations accurately.

• Immediately report any unusual symptoms or changes in patient condition to senior nursing staff.

• Communicate respectfully with patients, attendants, and hospital personnel.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow hospital rules, nursing ethics, and patient confidentiality guidelines.

• Use PPE correctly and adhere to safety standards.

• Assist during emergency situations as directed.
