Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
• Diploma in Nursing
• Diploma in Midwifery

• Essential: BSc in Nursing OR Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery With valid BNMC registration.

• Desirable: Diploma or Specialized Course in pediatric, OT Nursing, NICU, PICU OR Palliative care

Requirements:

• At least 2 years

Skills Required: Counseling,Emergency Nurse,Hospital,IPC,IPD,NICU PICU,OT assist,Surgery

Additional Requirements:

• Age 18 to 45 years

Essential: Working experience of at least 1 years as Nurse in a Hospital setting.

Desirable: Working experience in NICU, PICU.

Training Desirable: ALS, BLS, IPC Courses.

Language: English and Bangla

Knowledge: Desirable computer literacy (word, excel, Internet )

Job Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities(OT & IPD)

• Provide professional nursing care to patients according to hospital policies and clinical guidelines.

• Assist doctors and surgeons during surgical procedures in the Operation Theatre (OT).

• Prepare OT instruments, equipment, and ensure proper sterilization before and after surgery.

• Monitor patients vital signs and overall condition before, during, and after procedures.

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care to ensure patient safety and comfort.

• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.

• Ensure proper infection prevention and control(IPC) practices in OT and IPD wards.

• Support patient care in the IPD ward including admission, monitoring, and discharge procedures.

• Maintain effective communication with doctors, patients, and family members regarding patient care.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper use of medical equipment in the ward and OT.

• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and assist in critical care when required.

• Flexible for shifting duties and able to respond to any nursing related duties assigned by the management.

Job Other Benifits:

• Monthly Salary: Negotiable ( Range wii be 15000 to 17000)

Compensations and Benefit:

• 2 Festival Bonuses after completion of one year of uninterrupted continuous service.

• Provision of residential benefits will be considered as per negotiation.
