Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Nursing in Clinical Care Nursing, Clinical Nursing, ICU, Kidney Dialysis, Nursing, Staff Nurse
Job Responsibilities:
∎ *Must need to stay in company’s own residence
∎ *Assisting Head Nurse in supervising regular work
∎ *Supervising nurses' workflow and instruct them.
∎ *Command the team for ensuring standard and efficient care to the patient
∎ *Brainstorming during critical situation handling in patient care
∎ *Conflict management between staff nurses
∎ *Able to step in when needed, as an On Call
∎ *Maintain infection control in workplace
∎ *Need to follow roster for shifting duty
∎ *Maintaining patient's record and stock
∎ *Any other responsibility as and when given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
