প্রজেক্টের এলাকায় সার্বক্ষণিক টহলের ব্যবস্থা নিশ্চিত করা।
যেকোনো প্রকার অপরাধমূলক কর্মকাণ্ড সনাক্ত করা এবং প্রতিরোধমূলক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা।
