Desired Skills:

• Administering and monitoring moderate sedation.

• Appearance/character of urine and stool assessment.

• Assessing the respiratory system.Care of drains/tubes.

• Chest tube management.Collaboration and Teamwork.

• Critical decision-making.

• Fall risk assessment/prevention.General medicine expertise.

• IV TherapyNational patient safety goals/core measures.

• Nebulizer treatments.

• Obtaining cultures for septic workup (e.g. blood, sputum, catheter tips).

• Obtaining peripheral venous blood.

• Patient rights.Performing complex dressing changes.

• Restraints/use of least restrictive device.

• Seizure precautions.

• Specimen collection.

• Strong understanding of first aid and emergency care.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and efficiency.

• Good communication skills in [language, e.g., Bengali and English].

• Proficiency in maintaining medical records.

We are looking for a professional (Nurse) who are willing to demonstrate their skills and provide effective work for development of our hospital.

Key to Responsibility :

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed.

• Administer basic treatments and medications under the supervision of a Medical Officer or independently.

• Conduct routine health check-ups and maintain accurate health records for employees.

• Assist in developing and implementing health and safety programs to promote workplace wellness.

• Coordinate with hospitals or clinics in case of critical emergencies requiring advanced care.

• Educate employees on health-related topics, including hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.

• Ensure medical equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.

• Comply with all legal and company-specific health and safety regulations.
