Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in Any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve target of sales and collection.
∎ Ensure and monitor marketing team members' duty .
∎ Implement sales and marketing strategies of the company.
∎ Search and create new customer to promote new products
∎ To expand the market up to Upazilla and big hats all over Bangladesh.
∎ To submit sale/target report to head office as and when required
∎ Frequent field visit, provide training, guideline and motivation for development of team.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 (+/-) years
∎ At least 7year(s) experience in Multinational / National reputed Group of Companies in the field of marketing Food Products in Industrial Sector
∎ Must have job experience in similar field.
∎ Must be pro-active, self-motivated.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer literacy.
∎ Good communication skill.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable & others as per company policy
