∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ Graduate from reputed university with major in accounts & finance.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Tally ERP 9

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Resort, Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify room rates, taxes & vat posted into guest accounts correctly.
∎ Ensure all guest bill, credit card, cash payment are posted in the system properly and tally correctly.
∎ Ensure all outlet bill have been charged in the system to the appropriate departments.
∎ Verify all transactions performed at the front desk are supported by documentary
∎ evidence and signatures as necessary and that they have been correctly posted.
∎ Verify all account postings and balances are correct.
∎ Monitor all discount rate and other promotional rate applied correctly on guest accounts like room rate, food bill, laundry, minibar, transport & spa etc.
∎ Track room revenues, occupancy percentages and other front office report.
∎ Prepare a summary report of cash, check, and credit card activities.
∎ Prepare of end of day procedure.
∎ Follow the end of day / night audit checklist (must read !).
∎ Must have complete knowledge of emergency procedures.
∎ Balance the day's charges, making corrections as necessary.
∎ Run end of day process in property management software.
∎ Understand principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.
∎ Round entire hotel and check all other departmental work activities during night duty and report to management accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail & Internet browsing etc.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 17000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Service Charge
