Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for enthusiastic News reporter/Editor who specialized in short and long-form content creation across various online platforms.
∎ Candidates must have a strong understanding of how content and visual story-telling methods are functioning.
∎ Experience with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, after effects and Photoshop.
∎ Write, edit & publish news, feature and article for Covering daily news events.
∎ In-depth knowledge of data analytics and experience of using it to shape the content and meet the needs of different audience groups.
∎ Proficiency in video editing software.
∎ Report news quickly and accurately.
∎ Find ways to share reporting responsibilities across markets and topics as needed.
∎ Understand types of stories that drive traffic on the web.
∎ Work with management to deliver a content mix that reflects the needs of our audience.
∎ Develop expertise and sources in key audience interest areas.
∎ Shoot photos and video as needed to tell stories in multiple ways.
∎ Utilize social media for reporting and story promotion Ability to perform other digital duties as needed.
∎ Experience with Camera equipment and lighting techniques.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
