∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and delegate the coverage of news items for broadcasting.
∎ Liaison with reporters and effectively allocate work to team members in order to ensure appropriate coverage of stories are done.
∎ Stage news considering the audience, monitor news headlines, make final outlets edit and review completed work.
∎ Ensure quality of voice delivery through correct expression, clarity of voice and proper pronunciation (Bangla and English).
∎ Monitor auto-qua content and prepare run-down on regular basis by adding and dropping material as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The post holder will be expected to:
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience in related job field ( media industry will be preferable).
∎ Have excellent oral & written skills.
∎ Have strong negotiation skill.
∎ Have experience in sourcing, developing and maintaining partner relationship.
∎ Have the tenacity to develop ideas independently the ability to multitask and in a fast environment.
∎ Have the ability to work effectively across diverse internal and stakeholders terms.

Salary:
∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive. Educational Background may be relaxed based on experience or expertise.
