Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering or Equivalent
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, CCNP, RHCE, OCP and or any other vendor certifications related to Networking development
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the management, installation, maintenance, availability, and security of the curriculum and administrative ICT network, including the hardware and software infrastructure. Take an active role in our existing ICT based operations and other ICT provisions as we grow into a multidimensional ICT business hub
∎ To ensure that the integrity of the ICT infrastructure is maintained.
∎ To ensure that client's ICT Support requests are dealt with effectively
∎ To support the delivery of ICT across the operations.
∎ To advise staff on emerging technologies as appropriate.
∎ To contribute to the vision of the ICT development.
∎ Identify, plan and cost future development and upgrades to the ICT infrastructure.
∎ Design and development of ICT-based administrative processes and procedures.
∎ Leading the use of the ICT Network for financial transactions, compliance, etc
∎ Liaise with appropriate suppliers regarding: purchasing requirements and Licencing.
∎ Manage MIS applications and user accounts.
∎ Ensure data protection applications are current and within the requirements of the Act.
∎ Responsibility for backup systems and disaster contingencies
∎ Advise the Senior Leadership Team on emerging technologies as appropriate.
∎ Advise the Senior Leadership Team on the implementation of ICT policies and procedures.
∎ Provide in-house training as appropriate to ICT Support Staff.
∎ Participate in different meetings/ workshops, and team planning to achieve the project goal
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ 6 to 10 years of practical experience is essential in the field mentioned in the job responsibilities
∎ Relevant training in Networking and Maintenance of the back office is essential
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in Windows/Linux/ Mikrotik/ Mac from any large group of company
∎ Pro-active, presentable, proactive and result-oriented
∎ Demonstrated skills in problem solving and multitasking
∎ Experience in setup and troubleshooting PC desktop, laptop, Mac, Windows 10, macOS, Office 365, VPN client software, etc.
∎ Able to establish good relationships with all departments and colleagues
∎
