Requirements:

∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Software Engineering or a related field will be an added advantage.
∎ Proven experience in mobile app development with expertise in both iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin, Java).
∎ Experience with mobile analytics and performance tools.
∎ Knowledge of cloud services and mobile backends (Firebase, AWS, or similar).
∎ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools.
∎ Familiarity with cross-platform tools (Flutter, React Native) is a plus.
∎ Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, coding patterns, and best practices.
∎ Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
∎ Knowledge of backend integration and RESTful APIs.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
∎ Should be fluent in English & Bengali.
∎ Perform all the duties anywhere within Bangladesh or elsewhere as may be required by the company from time to time.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ The applicants should be expert in MS office.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
∎ Optimize mobile applications for maximum performance, usability, and scalability.
∎ Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of applications.
∎ Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in mobile app development.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
