Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 30 years
- Software Engineering or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in mobile app development with expertise in both iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin, Java).
- Experience with mobile analytics and performance tools.
- Knowledge of cloud services and mobile backends (Firebase, AWS, or similar).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with cross-platform tools (Flutter, React Native) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, coding patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Knowledge of backend integration and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Should be fluent in English & Bengali.
- Perform all the duties anywhere within Bangladesh or elsewhere as may be required by the company from time to time.
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The applicants should be expert in MS office.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize mobile applications for maximum performance, usability, and scalability.
Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of applications.
Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in mobile app development.
Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
