Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years of experience in relevant field
∎ Professional certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or CompTIA Network+.(additional)
∎ Strong understanding of networking protocols, routing, switching, and network security concepts
∎ Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, design, and implement network architecture to meet the specific needs of the brokerage house
∎ Ensure scalability, redundancy, and high availability of network components to support real-time trading operations
∎ Configure firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls to safeguard the network infrastructure
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures
∎ Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to address cross-functional technology requirements and initiatives
∎ Implement and oversee backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity
∎ Test and update disaster recovery plans on a regular basis
