∎ Having working experience at national level will get preference
∎ Excellent Communication skills, Planning, Development, Selling skills and Analytical thinking
∎ Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (particularly in word, power point, excel)
∎ Willing to travel frequently

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve growth and exceed sales targets through effective management of sales team.
∎ Develop annual sales plan, achieve target, control expense, and expand market as per business plan.
∎ Streaming processes, policies, systems and sales administrative function.
∎ Provide forecasts for each product, territory and calculate the operating costs of the sales force.
∎ Establish performance monitoring tools to maximize productivity of sales team.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and give feedback to Management.
∎ Visit markets & meet with potential customers (Doctors and Chemists) across the country frequently and exchange ideas to obtain feedback on the movement of products and business opportunity.
∎ Organize and provide training to field sales forces for ensuring quality presentation/detailing in front of the customers.
∎ Assist in recruiting, setting objectives and performance enhancement plan of field sales force.
