Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA Preferable/ Four years Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Economics/Masters of any others subject from reputed private/public universities.

Royal Toiletries Limited (RTL) started its journey almost two years ago. Our main commitment is to ensure focus on Baby`s` better Health-care & Mothers` better Life. We are mainly produce hygiene types goods like as; Tissue items, Diaper, Napkin, Baby Feeder, Feeder Nipple and others baby`s items that all are manufactured by our own factory that is situated in Kheowagat, Biruliwa, Savar, Dhaka.
∎ Currently we are looking for hearing some professional and expertise talented Marketing person for expand and growing our Market Business.
∎ Report to : Head of Department

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing an understanding of the business environment in which the brands compete including category segments and channels. Building and developing effective distributor relationships to aid in the deployment of our brand into the Market for expand our business.
∎ Oversee national sales, promotions, collections and other activities to achieve sales target.
∎ Build positive working relationship with existing clients for repeat business.
∎ Identify and contact potential customers for new business opportunities.
∎ Coordinate with sales team to plan promotional activities, trade shows and special events.
∎ Motive and guide sales team to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Maintain sales management and reporting tools to achieve business objectives.
∎ Co-ordinate with management to develop sales plan, budget and schedule.
∎ Interact with sales team to develop sales plans and strategies.
∎ Develop creative sales technique and tactics to meet business goals.
∎ Understand client needs and provide appropriate sales solutions.
∎ Address client issues and queries in a timely fashion.
∎ Prepare sales contracts, proposals and reports for management and customers.
∎ Develop sales presentations for board of directors and customers.
∎ Participate in sales conferences, industry meetings, and social networks to represent company's brand.
∎ Hire, train and guide new candidates in their job responsibilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum about five (05) years experience for the same position and Total ten (10) years of working experience of with marketing functions in FMCG Sector or relevant types of experience. Candidates having working selling Tissue/ Hygienic Toiletries sectors are highly encouraged to apply. Educational qualification is flexible for experience and more skilled person.
∎ Skills and Competencies: Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company. Ability to maintain Distribution Channel, Present Market analysis knowledge, CRM skills are requires for that position. Must proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
