  • Experience in Sales & Marketing, Technical Sales, IT Marketing, IT-enabled services.

  • A strong passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies, especially in security surveillance and CCTV, Computer Accessories and IOT product and can enhance sales strategies and improve customer relationships.    

  • Applicants should have expertise in one or more of the following areas: client relationship management, Distributor Rollout and Management, corporate sales and marketing, sales and marketing, and field engagement, Trade Marketing. 

  • Applicants must have experience security surveillance and CCTV, Computer Accessories and IOT product.

  • Must be intelligent and have strong presenting abilities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Responsible to establish nationwide distribution for Computer Accessories, IOT, Security Surveillance etc. Products and expand dealer/retailer network for the same.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets against assigned product portfolio.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences and opportunities for growth in the IT industry.

  • Formulate and develop credit policy to manage market credit and credit risk effectively. 

  • Specialized on managing sales collection, credit monitoring, credit control activities.

  • Need in-depth knowledge of the Security surveillance and CCTV products, Computer Accessories, IOT product including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

  • Provide training, coaching and mentoring to sales team members to improve their skills and performance.

  • Be in charge of sales representative hiring, goal setting, mentoring, and performance tracking.

  • Establish and maintain solid, long-term client connections by collaborating with them and understanding their requirements.

  • Capable of conducting market research to find selling opportunities and customer needs of deadstock products.

  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, with the ability to research and evaluate new technology-based products for market acceptability and demand. Proven capability to source, introduce, and market these innovations effectively.

  • Ability to plan and execute product launches and trade events that maximize market impact.

  • Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for trade marketing activities.

  • Creative thinking in designing and implementing trade marketing campaigns.
