∎ Bachelors/Masters in Marketing from any reputed university
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Customer Service, Negotiation Persuasion Skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ to lead from the front and ensure the sales from top to bottom
∎ Visit different markets for competitor information and market development.
∎ Planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually and submitting time projections to corporate management for approval.
∎ Can create demand of our product, lead generation activities, sales planning and strategies to achieve the targets.
∎ Prepare different types of report for the management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, Competitors Sales & Activities Analysis etc.
∎ To develop strategic plan for Sales and Customer Care to achieve maximum revenue and highest level of customer satisfaction
∎ Maintain regular contact with key prospects in the appropriate market segments including site inspections and sales calls.
∎ Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Conduct regular sales meeting to keep associates and management informed and to foster two-way communications, involve associates in aspects of decision making to encourage creativity and initiative.
∎ Assist the Management, regarding the development of sales
∎ Reporting for Market situation, Business prospect, Monthly market evaluation report and yearly sales forecast.
∎ B2B teams Sales Coordination & Project & tender support.
∎ Support tender team for Pre-Sales activity.
∎ Hold strong presence in the competitive market through Customer Contacts and Business relation building.
∎ Ensure collection of market dues, bad debts, recovery, settlement and adjustment.
∎ Make presentation to the potential customers.
∎ Regular reporting of daily activities
∎ Preparing presentation, Quotation, Invoice, Delivery Note etc.
∎ In your Zone, all the payment collection responsibility is yours.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Channel/Dealer sales, Corporate Sales.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Hardware product, CCTV, Fire Safety equipment, Time Attendance & access control.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint
∎ Positive, energetic & people centric attitude
∎ Must have strong communication & convincing ability
∎ Have good geographic knowledge
∎ Strong team building capacity
∎ Strong mental & physical ability to work under pressure
