Job Responsibilities:
∎ The National Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and cultivating entire Sales Projections and market penetration strategies.
∎ The National Sales Manager will work spearheading a collaborative environment within our sales team to maximize revenue opportunities and optimize profits.
∎ Annual Budget planning and setting up target based on industry
∎ Execute target distribution by territory
∎ Follow up target vs achievements and provide feedback
∎ Manage Distributors/Dealers and their expected ROI
∎ Able to analysis market information and direct team towards achieving business goal.
∎ Capability to manage large sales team
∎ Periodic feedback to reporting authorities and develop market intelligence.
∎ Coordination with processing sales force.
∎ Perform sales visit regularly.
∎ Successfully develop and implement of sales plan & promotional strategy.
∎ Ensure proper and timely communication with client.
∎ Monthly must achieve sales targets assigned by management.
∎ Identify and implement root level marketing, sales channel and administer following-up the prioritization and execution of dispatch orders in coordination with processing sales force.
∎ Ensure Documentation of the daily/monthly/yearly work processes
∎ Execute the written Correspondences with the agents, whenever necessary
∎ Assist Sales force in preparing the monthly sales and collection target
∎ To ensure products in maximum number of outlets under his territory.
∎ To execute daily sales call on time & effectively through all sales executives.
∎ Ensure proper call report from field force as well within the time.
∎ Plan & execute the targeted sales to achieve as per day/week & month.
∎ Analyze your market size of each product, plan for targeted market share & inform to the management.
∎ Expanding distribution area and Business.

∎ The incumbent should have minimum 05 years of experience as Manager in Food & Beverage Industry.
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Should be capable to lead large sales team with leadership quality.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.
∎ Ability to work independently.
