∎ Graduate/ Masters/ MBA/ or Equivalent Degree. DVM from any reputed university will be given preference.

∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop national sales Policy & Procedure of the organization.
∎ To expand market nationwide by building a strong marketing team.
∎ To ensure sales target for the organization by:
∎ Preparing sales budget, Credit recovery plan, Promotions plan.
∎ Co-coordinating and Monitoring the Sales & Marketing team all over the country.
∎ Building relationship with Farmers & Dealers.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set specific sales goal and objectives for the regional sales & marketing team and communicate them for desired revenue performance.
∎ Ensure national sales target and evaluate regional team, farmers & dealers performance.
∎ Build strong network in the segment of various area, dealers & end users.
∎ Collect daily, weekly and monthly sales reports from the sales team and analyze it for sales performance improvement to forecast the sales volume.
∎ Timely arrangement of Farmers meetings and technical seminar to educate the end users
∎ Resolve feed related customer complaints and communicate it to sales manager & QC to produce quality feed.
∎ Provide technical training to the sales team to give right guidance & suggestions to customers and farmers about the feed.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective credit management as per organization policy.
∎ Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective.
∎ Expansion to new areas.
∎ Provide accurate pricing strategy to achieve the business targets.
∎ Cover all districts of the country where organization having presence.
∎ Accomplish any other job assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 6 to 10 years’ experience in Regional/Divisional Sales and Marketing.
∎ Required experience in Poultry/ Fish/ Cattle feed sales.
∎ Have to take Challenge & be smart.
∎ Excellent communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.
