Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement nationwide collection strategies to ensure timely and efficient recovery of receivables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to streamline collection processes.
Oversee and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets across regions. Prepare and present collection performance reports to senior management, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Assess and mitigate risks associated with delayed payments and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including business & banks, to ensure efficient collection processes.
Continuously evaluate and improve collection processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance efficiency and reduce collection cycle times. Identify and recommend innovative tools and methods for improving cash collections.
Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies.
