Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree/ Hon's/ Masters/ (In case of special skill & experience, education qualification may be relaxed)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ N-tech Having H&M Eyes at suppliers working full time to secure quality at early stage.
∎ N-tech reducing sample lead time, improve quality & Avoid sample rejection by H&M office.
∎ Decreasing quality problem in production & avoid late shipment with proper risk analysis proactively.
∎ N-Tech doing all style’s Technical data sheet (TDS).
∎ Focusing on getting better consumption & extra value adding to H&M products in early stage.
∎ Participate in the P.P meeting and provide others the necessary note for further action and communication as per H&M requirement.
∎ Ensure style wise report such as; PP sample, PP meeting report, worksheet, and size set report, daily input & output, approved trims card etc. and check and confirm all are performed properly.
∎ Check and confirm daily lot wise shade check, measurement check, S.K.U, Assort, ratio, folding etc. are maintained properly as required by the buyer.
∎ check & follow-up the mock-up keeping, Oil, Needle, shade control pull test, reject garments control etc. are maintained properly.
∎ Make sure all requirement of different sample stage (Counter, Fit, size set, PP etc.), initial, first production analysis, ensure & identify critical process and duplicate counter sample as per buyer requirement.
∎ N-tech will doing Dummy fitting report as like H&M technician & report sent to H&M office.
∎ Follow-up housekeeping and inform concern dept. head for improvement.
∎ Coordination with other department and work as a team together.
∎ Submit periodically progress & summery report to department head for management review.
∎ Perform root cause analysis for any identified major & critical issues with corrective & preventive actions.
∎ Help other team members and respect the company COC, policy & procedure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Pattern, Fiting, Product
∎ Highly conversant both in oral and written communications.
∎ Good written & verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Excellent presentation skill advance level of computer literacy especially in MS Office.
