Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor in any relevant discipline, but candidates with a post graduate degree will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and facilitate municipal level project implementation process in close collaboration with municipal representatives, staff, pit emptiers and other stakeholders
∎ Facilitate the transformation process of informal sweepers into pit emptying business cooperatives and establishing the service level agreement with project municipalities
∎ Facilitate the capacity building activities including training, exposure visits, workshops etc. of the project stakeholders including staff, municipal representatives, private enterprises etc. in close collaboration with the project team
∎ Support the municipal sanitation planning and social mobilization planning process for pit emptying demand creation
∎ Facilitate the formation and/or strengthening the Multi-Stakeholder Steering Committee (MSSC) at municipality level and organise periodic progress review through MSSC
∎ Assist to coordinate project activity among partners, municipality officials and field level staffs for timely execution.
∎ Support to develop questionnaire for collecting data from project areas
∎ Support and facilitate the overall requirement analysis from municipality end, ensure necessary hand rolling support to municipality.
∎ Support in project monitoring, progress documentation, reporting and maintain necessary documentation for requisite report preparation as per project's results and outcomes
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 years of working experience in the development sector (preferably in urban context).
∎ Good English writing, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team.
∎ Willing and able to travel independently outside station.
Salary: Tk. 42000 - 50000 (Monthly)
