Budgeting, Corporate Finance, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Analysis, Investment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Financial Consultants
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the Head of Investments in writing clear and well-informed investment recommendations based on thorough research and analysis.
∎ Support the Head of Investments in developing efficient investment processes and procedures
∎ Develop comprehensive and dynamic financial models for future investments and existing expansions with convergence on,
∎ (a) capital investment/budgeting and capital rationing,
∎ (b) risk and return profiling,
∎ (c) opportunity cost analysis and
∎ (d) sensitivity analysis
∎ Prepare corporate plans for the group’s various SBUs and present those plans in the form of financial models that highlights strategic initiatives and the returns associated with it.
∎ Use complex financial models to project future earning and profit/cashflow potential for decisions and proposals.
∎ Perform project feasibility analysis and prepare meaningful and comprehensible reports.
∎ Be updated on statistics relating to Debt Market, Capital Market and Forex Market along with all the micro/macroeconomic indicators that influence these markets.
∎ Communicate and pitch to the domestic/international investors and lenders to raise funding and to keep to them updated on the progress of the group as whole.
∎ Work closely with senior leadership to understand business challenges and provide data/analysis to support prudent decision making.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation of new investments and execution of corporate plans.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1.5 – 2 years of substantial working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Clear comprehension on the concepts of Capital Budgeting, IRR, NPV, WACC, Free Cash Flow, Company Valuation & PBP.
∎ Understanding on the operation Debt, Capital Markets and Forex Market in Bangladesh.
∎ Skillful in the use of Microsoft Office Applications with proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-Power Points.
∎ Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with the ability to use digital medium to present and deliver
∎ Self-starter with the ability to deliver work within stipulated deadlines.
∎ Strategic thinker with strong interest in quantitative analysis.
∎ Adept in interpreting numbers from complex financial models.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and capable of working in a team with diverse team members.
∎ Ability to multitask and work with sensitive/confidential information.
