Job Context:
∎ Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) is a NGO is looking for a qualified Monitoring Officer for ``Strengthening Household Opportunity through Youth Engagement (SHOYE) Project.
∎ Supported by: The Kadoorie Charitable Foundation
∎ Job Nature: Full-time up to project period based on performance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have to be sincere in protecting children, adolescent, youth and women's rights. Working experience with Youth skill development and employment creation for them. The applicant should have experience working with youth and adolescent club and rural community. Candidate will have to mention their personal email address, mobile phone & Skype ID in the CV. Should have valid Motor bike driving license and willingness to driving.
∎ Age limit: Bellow 50 years.

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary BDT- 30,000/-

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 1 festival bonus equivalent to 1 month gross salary for each year. 5-10% salary increment (based on gross salary) in each year as per performance appraisal. Other admissible benefit as per MJSKS policy which is mentioned in the project budget.
