∎ Masters degree in any discipline

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): NGO/ Other Services

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the overall activities of the project from the center point coordinating with project Coordinator and other personnel.
∎ Develop different monitoring tools and formats to sort out the project results through field visits and discussion with project direct beneficiaries.
∎ Assist the project team in following the project Work Plan and keep it updated in accordance with project activities and timeframes as relevant.
∎ Collect data on a regular basis to measure achievement against the performance indicators.
∎ Identify lessons learned and develop case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project. Provide advice to the project coordinator and supervisor on improving project performance using findings from the monitoring.
∎ Produce reports on Monitoring findings and prepare presentations based on Monitoring data as required.
∎ Produce special reports on the project activities and outputs as per the requirements of donor organization.
∎ Ensure Sex, Age, Disability Disaggregated Data (SADD), Accountability and Gender standards are consistently adhered in program delivery.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant computer-operating skills
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali
∎ Willingness & ability to visit program sites (camps and host community) extensively
∎ Excellent computer operating skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Proven track record of achieving results.
∎ Skills: Monitoring and Evaluation, Monitoring and Reporting.

Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
