Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor in any subject with excellent English writing skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Represent HOPE Foundation- by maintaining a good professional relationship with RRRC, Civil Surgeon, DDFP office.
∎ Track, process and manage all old and new approval issues.
∎ Facilitate, guide, and strengthen staff capacity following government rules and regulations.
∎ Maintain the documentation tracker and update in regular basis as advised by the supervisor.
∎ Improve the visibility of Hope Foundation donor specific program.
∎ Proactively liaison with the govt. agencies (UNO Office, CS, UFPHO, Upazilla Health Complex) for ensuring different documents submission and approval processes.
∎ Ensure that the documents are prepared and collected from the relevant collaborators for required submission to concern places with regular follow up.
∎ Organize and preserve all documents in the proper place as guided by the supervisor.
∎ Follow and update the documentation tracker in regular basis.
∎ Support program team to prepare project closing report and ensure submission the local authorities on time.
∎ Work closely with Manager-Government Liaison and Administration to ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
∎ Work with MIS team for data documentation and reporting.
∎ Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor and organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
