Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in Statistics, Social Science, Management or relevant subject from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
∎ Responsible for monitoring project activities, output, outcome & impact and ensuring high quality and timely inputs, and for ensuring that IDP-Rajapalong maintain its strategic vision and that its activities result in the achievement of its intended output in a cost effective and timely manner.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ To design appropriate monitoring methodologies, tools and techniques both for qualitative and quantitative aspects;
∎ To develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures;
∎ To monitor project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output;
∎ To monitor project according to project logical framework and recommend further improvement of the logical frame work if needed;
∎ To develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success;
∎ To monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results;
∎ To monitor the sustainability of the project's results;
∎ To provide feedback to the related authorities on project strategies and activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E/MIS in development projects implemented by national/international NGOs/UN bodies/Government; Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports.
∎ In-depth knowledge on MIS, M&E and development issues.
∎ Knowledge on M&E software
∎ Strong training and facilitation skills.
∎ Excellent knowledge of monitoring and the application of methodology: Good understanding of capacity assessment methodologies; excellent ability to identify significant capacity building opportunities.
∎ Excellent communication skills (written and oral): Sensitivity to and responsiveness to all partners, respectful and helpful relations with donors and project staff.
∎ Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software.
∎ Proven ICT skills, especially in the development of MIS software using database software and expert in
∎ analyzing data using statistical software.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Depending on the education and experience of the candidate.
