Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The M&E Officer will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems, tools, and processes to track progress, assess outcomes, and generate evidence to improve the quality and impact of GBViE program interventions. She will work closely with field teams and other relevant departments to ensure data collection, analysis, and reporting meet donor and organizational standards.Job Responsibilities :Monitoring, evaluation, data management, survey/studies:
∎ The Project Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for developing the monitoring system for the project activities through developing monitoring tools for the project.
∎ M &E Officer will develop relevant tools for process and progress monitoring of planned activities of the project.
∎ M&E Officer will be responsible for all monitoring data management in both soft and hard forms.
∎ Will be responsible for data collecting from the KOBO Toolbox system every week and end-of-the-month compilation data and preparing monthly and quarterly progress report, maintaining the timeline of the donor agency of UNFPA.
∎ M &E Officer will act as the focal point of GBVIMS data and keep all GBVIMS report incident recorders (IR) with full anonymity & maintain confidentiality, following the information sharing protocol (ISP).
∎ M & E Officer will be responsible for process and progress monitoring at WFS level.
∎ The M&E Officer will guide and orient the relevant project staff regarding KOBO collection and troubleshooting for smooth data collection.
∎ M &E Officer will monitor the activities of the Case Manager, Case worker at the WFS level and the logistic supply chain and report to the management for the smooth functioning of WFS.
∎ Regularly monitor activities in the field to validate data and assess program quality.Documentation and reporting :
∎ Will be responsible for producing the analysis reports as per schedule/project documents and assisting DMS and Programme Manager to ensure the same.
