Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in health economics, biostatistics/ statistics, development studies, sociology, anthropology, public health or relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates must have at least 3-6 years of related experience in the following areas:
∎ Experience in project monitoring, evaluation and learning for health-related projects.
∎ Demonstrated writing skill in English.
∎ Experience with USAID data management and annual/quarterly reporting requirements.
∎ Experience reviewing accuracy of technical documents to ensure accurate and appropriate analysis of data and findings.
∎ Demonstrated experience in project analytics with a focus on data for decision-making and using data for performance management.
∎ Demonstrated experience in assisting teams to rigorously document project results.
∎ Demonstrated experience in use of data management software such as DHIS 2, Excel (including Power Pivot), and MS Access.
∎ Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis and tools (R, STATA, NVivo, etc)
