Experience:

• Master of Social Science (MSS)

• Age 30 to 50 years

• Require 40% time on field visits.
• Good analytical, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Good reporting skills (written and verbal) in both English and Bengali.
• Having typing skill on both Bengali and English.
• Having good computer skill on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, using internet and digital media for communication.
• Experience with multi-faceted projects.
• Good knowledge and experience regarding gender mainstreaming.
• Ability to work in diversified and multi-cultural environments.
• Having good interpersonal skills and are able to maintain liaison and coordination with government, donor, and the networks through teamwork.
• Able to work in team and facilitate teamwork.
• Able to work with vulnerable and marginal community in remote area. 

This position is primarily responsible for conducting the ongoing monitoring activities of organization following organizational monitoring framework.

This position will coordinate with respective Project in-charge and M&E staff in conducting the M&E tasks following the respective donor agency guideline specially for developing monitoring framework, monitoring tools, designing surveys and assessments using appropriate tools and methodologies, training survey team/ staff on survey tool, conducting surveys, designing appropriate data analysis mechanisms for qualitative and quantitative data, developing report, findings sharing, risk mitigation and adaptation planning and for evaluation. This position will develop organizational monitoring report with interpretation of data, feedback and findings to Director and respective Project In- charge on the project implementation status for taking appropriate actions. This position will be a part of organizational Safeguarding team and will provide necessary feedback. This position will also give necessary input to director during proposal development and evaluation.
