• Preferred Background:Experience in UN-funded projects, large NGOs, INGOs, or funding agencies is highly desirable.
• Academic Qualifications:
• Certification as an official DCED Auditor is an advantage.
• Location:
• Reporting base at InsureCow Ltd HQ, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
• Travel:
• Occasional field visits for monitoring interventions and data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive MRM systems to measure results at all levels of the impact logic, aligned with InsureCow’s strategic goals.
• Capture broader system changes, such as copying and crowding in, using the Adopt-Adapt-Expand-Respond (AAER) framework.
• Develop and maintain documentation systems in compliance with the DCED Standard, ensuring transparency and audit-readiness.
• Provide training and capacity building to project staff on MRM systems, including logframes, results chains, monitoring plans, and data collection tools.
• Offer strategic direction in evaluating programs, with a special focus on women’s economic empowerment, social inclusivity, and other cross-cutting issues.
• Analyze data to produce insights and reports that inform adaptive management and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate key learnings into project steering through Knowledge and Content Management (KCM) processes.
• Use ICT tools for communication, data management, and information sharing across the team.
• Expected Skill Set:Proven track record in designing and implementing MRM systems, particularly for agricultural or rural sector programs.
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating women’s economic empowerment, gender equality, and social inclusivity.Strong theoretical knowledge in measuring results in private sector projects, with the ability to produce complex reports and major studies.
• Experience in capacity building, with a proven ability to mentor junior staff and support senior staff in managing results.
• Familiarity with DCED principles and experience conducting audits of MRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
• Proficiency in ICT tools, including Microsoft Office, cloud storage, and communication tools.
