Responsibilities & Context:
Mum And Little Ones Ltd is looking for an active, responsible, and customer-focused Moderator (Customer Support & Sales) to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication, confirming orders, responding to online inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting online sales activities.
Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook Inbox, WhatsApp, SMS, and phone calls.
Confirm customer orders through phone calls and update order information.
Provide quick and professional responses to customer messages.
Handle customer queries and complaints with proper solutions.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and services.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth order processing.
Maintain customer records and update necessary information.
Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
Support online sales activities and achieve sales targets.
