• 2–5 years of experience in model coordination or fashion/media production
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication in both English and Bengali
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Confident, energetic, and able to manage diverse teams

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Model Coordinator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing model bookings, coordinating with stylists and photographers, organizing shoot schedules, and ensuring smooth execution of modeling assignments. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate model casting, selection, and booking for various campaigns and projects
• Liaise between models, photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and clients to ensure smooth shoot execution
• Prepare detailed schedules and call sheets for shoots
• Brief models on the shoot requirements, concepts, and wardrobe
• Oversee shoot day logistics and ensure everyone is on schedule
• Handle any last-minute changes or issues during shoots
• Track feedback and maintain performance records of models
• Assist in styling, wardrobe planning, and basic grooming if necessary
• Ensure models adhere to brand guidelines and client expectations
