Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare regular and consistent updating of programme beneficiary and assistance delivery via appropriate reporting software/platform;
∎ Verify beneficiary database and figures for donor reports, ensuring that reported figures best match with sources of information;
∎ Assist to MIS & MEAL Officer to organize, supervise and conduct PDM and other assessment at field level;
∎ Assist to prepare various Daily, Monthly and Quarterly report as per need of WV_B and donor;
∎ Support to prepare case study and other lesson learnt report;
∎ Keep record on relocation and other information related with beneficiary database;
∎ Carry out quality checks on Program and M&E-related databases (including beneficiary databases, delivery of assistance databases, EVI and reporting figures);
∎ Assist to arrange practical training to the staff at field level and Provide necessary guidance for their improvement;
∎ Maintain regular communication/meeting with different stakeholders;
∎ Willing and ready to work in any natural disaster or emergency situation anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Any other task given by Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have knowledge and skills of project implementation
∎ Familiar with and abide by the NGO/Red Cross Code of Conduct, the People in Aid Code, HAP, Core Humanitarian standards
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities
∎ Intermediate level of computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Power Point, SPSS & other database program.
∎ Proven skill in report writing
∎ At least One year hands on experience in similar position
∎ Demonstrated commitment to World Vision values and philosophy, and capacity to engage with the broader community in living these values.
∎ 70% field based work / field visit
Salary: Negotiable
