Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (CSE, IT, or HCI background preferred).

• 3 to 5 years

• 3–5+ years’ proven experience as a UX/UI designer, product designer, or similar role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile, and SaaS design work with clear understanding of UI methodologies.

• High proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Tokens, Prototyping).

• Ability to create and organise Figma files: clear layers, grouped elements, and documentation.

• Strong grasp of design principles: typography, colour, layout hierarchy, interaction design, and information architecture.

• Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and prototypes.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Flutter)—no coding required.

• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate across teams.

• Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members.

Position Overview: (Tizaraa is a Sister Concern of Charm Ltd)

We are seeking a Mid-Level UX & UI Designer to join our dynamic team at Tizaraa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions.

• Working Hours: Saturday – Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Reporting To: Head of the Department

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with our product manager and design lead to improve UX and refine digital products.

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.

• Translate requirements into concepts, wireframes, mock-ups, and elegant user experiences.

• Participate in design reviews, stakeholder calls, and cross-team syncs (developers, PMs, QA, customer growth, and support).

• Help build, maintain, and evolve our internal design system to ensure brand and product consistency.

• Adapt to changing product requirements with a calm, solution-focused approach.

• Effectively utilise AI tools within the design process.

• Salary: 30000-40000 based on experience.
