• 4+ years of experience in backend development using PHP and Laravel.

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and ORM frameworks.

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of security best practices and scalable architecture.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Position Overview: (Tizaraa is a Sister Concern of Charm Ltd)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing server-side components that power our software products and services.

Working Hours: Saturday – Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Reporting To: Head of the Department

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using PHP and Laravel.

• Build and maintain secure APIs and database schemas.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.

• Ensure high-quality, clean and maintainable code through best practices.

• Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and performance.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Salary: 30000-40000 based on experience.
