Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform microbiological testing as follows:
∎ Standard Plate Count
∎ Total coliform
∎ Faecal coli / E. coli
∎ Vibrio cholera
∎ Salmonella sp.
∎ Vibrio parahaemolyticus
∎ Listeria monocytogenes
∎ Staphylococcus aureus
∎ Perform environmental monitoring for maintaining clean rooms (under ISO and EU specifications).
∎ Read, trend and report environmental, personnel, in-process, raw material, finish product and water bioburden testing results.
∎ Prepare and send out samples for microbiological identification.
∎ QC microbiological sample receipt for internal testing, login, processing, tracking, equipment cleaning and maintenance.
∎ Provide information and advice to colleagues and external bodies.
